Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” “me” “I” and “our” refers to Glass Garden Art. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. The information is intended for residents of the United Kingdom only. We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We, therefore, recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

BUYING

To order a product you will need to follow the Ordering procedures set out here. In the first instance, you will need to make contact via the contacts page at www.glassgardenart.co.uk to check availability. You will be given clear instructions on how to make a purchase if the art is available, and if not available, we will discuss a commission based alternative. You shall be required to provide me with accurate personal details.

By agreeing the order via the Invoice form that will be emailed to you, you are consenting to my Terms and Conditions. UK law is applicable.

PRICES

Prices listed are in £GBP.

Post and packaging for UK deliveries are calculated at the point of order. We deliver to destinations within the UK. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address that you give us during your order process.

PAYMENT

Payment is usually by bank transfer, if the order is made online and is taken when the order is placed. Paypal, Googlepay, debit and credit cards options are available in face to face situations. Once we have received notification that the payment has been cleared we will dispatch orders, if the piece/s are available where possible within 5 working days. If we cannot fulfil your order from stock, we will contact you to discuss a commission based alternative/copy and discuss the estimated making and delivery time.

CANCELLATIONS

We endeavour to provide the best customer services possible. Should anything go wrong, we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your Order, please email me. You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of making the order for any reason. If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been dispatched and commenced their carriage to you by carrier or post, we may charge you for the carriage of these Products. We advise you to check the status of the order before you request Cancellation.

Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.

RETURNS.

You may return any delivered products within 7 working days of delivery for any reason if it was bought from the website. Please notify us in writing if you are returning any product for any reasons, except damage (informed to us on delivery date) you must pay the costs of returning the Product to Us.

For commissioned, personalised and custom made pieces made for you to order, we do not accept returns.

Care must be taken to ensure the returned Products are packaged well in their original packaging where possible to avoid damage or loss in transit.

On request, we will collect the products from you and give you a full refund-

  1.  If the product delivered is not what you ordered
  2. The product arrives damaged or faulty. If the products arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carriers delivery consignment and where possible inform us within 7 working days.
